SUMMARY:Joint Service Club Dinner Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Joint Service Club Dinner Meeting \nJoin us for the Joint Service Club Dinner Meeting on Tuesday\, July 21\, 2026\, at the Bradford Club\, located at 32 Boylston Street in Bradford\, PA. \nThis special evening will bring together members of local service organizations for fellowship\, conversation\, and community connection. Participating organizations include the Kiwanis Club of Bradford\, Rotary Club\, Zonta Club of Bradford\, AAUW\, Bradford Exchange Club\, Lions Club\, and the BHS Key Club. \nThe evening will begin with a social hour at 5:30 PM\, followed by dinner at 6:00 PM. Dinner will feature a heavy hors d’oeuvres buffet\, with coffee\, hot tea\, iced tea\, and water included. Please note that soft drinks and alcoholic beverages are not included. \nThe featured program will include the McKean County Fair Queen candidates\, the reigning Fair Queen\, and their advisor. Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the candidates\, their community involvement\, and their candidacy for the Fair Queen title. \nThe cost is $32 per person\, which includes gratuity and sales tax. Reservations are due no later than July 15\, 2026. Cancellations received after the reservation deadline\, as well as no-shows on the evening of the event\, will be responsible for the cost of their meal. DESCRIPTION:Join the Kiwanis Club of Bradford for the inaugural Kiwanis Champions Awards on Saturday\, November 14\, 2026\, at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford. \nThis new annual community recognition and fundraising event will celebrate the individuals\, organizations\, first responders and young leaders whose service makes Bradford and the surrounding area a stronger place to live. \nThroughout the evening\, Kiwanis will recognize outstanding community service through four awards: \n\nBrighter Future Award — Honoring an organization making a measurable difference in the lives of local children or families\nValor Award — Recognizing courage and service\, particularly among first responders and public-safety professionals\nEveryday Hero Award — Celebrating an unsung community member who consistently helps others without seeking recognition\nRising Star Award — Recognizing a young person demonstrating leadership\, compassion and a commitment to serving others\n\nThe evening will include dinner\, entertainment and the presentation of the inaugural awards. \nTickets are $50 per person\, with proceeds supporting Kiwanis scholarships\, youth programs\, Key Club activities\, community partnerships and other projects benefiting children and families throughout the Bradford area. \nThe Kiwanis Champions Awards are more than a fundraiser.
